REGULATIONS Top Alex cottages,
defining the rules of guest stay at Top Alex cottages in Lubin near Międzyzdroje.
1) The Regulations specify the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay at Top Alex cottages and is an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation and payment of a deposit or the entire amount due for the stay. By performing the above-mentioned actions, the Guest confirms that he/she has read and accepts the terms of these Regulations.
(2) The Regulations apply to all Guests staying at Top Alexdomki.

HOTEL DAY
(1) Check-in time is from 16.00 to 10.00.
2) Extension of the hotel day is possible in case of availability of places in Top Alex cottages.
RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN
(1) Reservation is possible by sending a request on the site and payment of a deposit.
2) Reservation is guaranteed if prepayment is made. Lack of deposit automatically results in cancellation of the reservation.
(3) The fee for the stay is collected on the day of arrival at the time of check-in in cash.
(4) In the event of cancellation of the Guest’s stay during the hotel day, Top Alex cottages will not refund the fee for the hotel day, nor for the booked stay.
(5) The basis for check-in of the Guest is to show to the employee of the Reception an identity document with photo and signing the registration card. 6) Persons not registered in Top Alex cottages may guest stay on the premises of Top Alex cottages from 12.00 pm to 10.00 pm.
RESPONSIBILITY OF GUESTS
(1) Children under 12 years of age should be on the premises of Top Alex cottages under the constant supervision of guardians.
(2) Guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by children.
(3) The guest bears material responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices Top Alex cottages, resulting from his fault or the fault of persons staying with him.
(4) In case of violation of the provisions of the Regulations, the facility Top Alex cottages may refuse to provide service to the person who violates them. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
1 Subject Top Alex cottages accepts the presence of dogs. Please inform the reception in advance about the desire to come with a dog. There is a charge of 25 PLN per day for a small dog (up to 5 kg) or 40 PLN per day for a larger one. Cats or rodents are not accepted. Due to the common area with other guests dogs are not allowed to run loose. It is forbidden to walk dogs on the lawn, you must go to the streets and clean up after your pet.
(2) In Top Alex cottages there is a complete ban on smoking cottages. Smoking is allowed on the terraces. For lighting a cigarette in an area not intended for this purpose, the guest will be charged a fine of 500 PLN.
(3) For damage to the equipment of the cottages, including hard-to-remove dirt couches, mattresses and upholstered elements, the object Top Alex cottages has the right to charge guests for the removal of damage or replacement with new ones. The amount of the financial penalty is determined individually and is not less than 500 PLN.
(4) It is forbidden to make excessive noise on the premises of Top Alex cottages, littering and other things that disturb or harm other guests of Top Alex cottages.
(5) It is possible to exchange towels every 4 days. Willingness to exchange must be reported the day before, as they are not available on site.
6) In kitchens it is not allowed to fry and peel fish and reheat smoked fish in a microwave.
7. entry and parking of max 2 cars to each cottage is allowed only in designated areas. If the car is too large or the skills of the driver do not allow for proper parking should be parked in front of the gate.
Parking is not guarded. The owners are not responsible for the vehicles left behind or the property in them.
9.We are not responsible for customer property left in the cottage.
10. we reserve the right to refuse accommodation to persons: – under the apparent influence of alcohol or intoxicants – behaving aggressively or in a manner generally considered vulgar.
11) Personal belongings left by the departing guest will be sent only by courier or parcel service at his expense to the address indicated. In the absence of such instructions, these items will be stored for 1 month and then destroyed.
(12) It is forbidden to use in the building damaged electrical appliances that are not equipment of the facility. In case of non-compliance with the prohibition, the penalty is 500 zlotys.
13. It is strictly prohibited to charge electric cars.
